Colombia. More than 200 national and international experts in animation, video games, artificial intelligence, industries 4.0, entrepreneurship, media, digital advertising and the fintech sector will meet this September 25, 26 and 27 in one of the most important Orange Economy meetings in the country: Colombia 4.0.
For three days, the doors of the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogotá (Corferias) will open free of charge, to receive the "gummy" of technology, creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation in this event organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies (MinTIC), in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCIT), through iNNpulsa Colombia.
Colombia 4.0 is the most important meeting in the country for the promotion of digital creative industries, technology, digital culture, entrepreneurship and innovation; it is a space that Colombians can enjoy for free by registering in www.col40.co.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, panels, conferences, and enjoy the children's area and music spaces among other activities designed, so that visitors can update and interact with the latest trends in the sector.
For her part, the Minister of ICT, Sylvia Constaín, will be present at this technological party of Orange Economy, which "is a commitment of the Government not only with Bogotá but with the whole country. In fact, we have already been in Yopal (Casanare) and then we will take this event to other regions, because we want the talent of Colombians to know the Orange Economy and how digital creative industries can contribute to the development of the territories".
Constaín revealed that the next regions where Colombia 4.0 will be will be Barranquilla (Atlántico) on November 6 and 7, and Pereira (Risaralda) on November 21 and 22 with the aim of strengthening digital creative industries, entrepreneurship and innovation in the regions.

Wednesday of animation, video games and Artificial Intelligence
The opening of the meeting will be in charge of Aphton Corbin, one of the animators behind the film Toy Story 4, who will share her experience of working for a franchise as consolidated in the world as Pixar Animation Studios. Along with her, the video game track will feature artists from major brands such as Rockstar Games, Epic Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Criterion Games and Rovio Entertainment.
Likewise, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) track will feature the participation of Miguel Martín, leader in AI of Airbus, an aeronautical and aerospace company that is dedicated to the manufacture of civil and military aircraft, who will present his main advances in the execution and development of products, as well as in the management of data from the power of AI to make aircraft safer and more efficient.
Digital advertising and smart cities
On Thursday, attendees of Colombia 4.0 will have the opportunity to meet Humberto Rosa, animation leader in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, the Marvel film that has become an international success, being awarded as best Animated Feature Film at the 2019 Academy Awards.
That same day, Jeffrey Eschbach, founder and CEO of Page Vault Inc. (a company that allows lawyers to document online content safely) will talk about the possibilities of digital entrepreneurship and the challenges that entrepreneurs have today, to materialize their business ideas.
Friday of talent and creativity
Closing with a flourish, AI guru Andrew Ng, recognized worldwide as a leader and researcher in this sector, will have a space to talk about how technology can contribute to the economy and productivity of the region.
Ng is famous for his strategic role in AI breakthroughs at both Google and Chinese company Baidu. Currently, with his company Landing AI, he intends to integrate artificial intelligence into the traditional industry.
Likewise, Jeff and Michael Zimbalist directors of films such as Los Dos Escobar, and producers of series such as Remastared on Netflix and Phenoms on FOX, will share their best experiences and knowledge on the generation of audiovisual content, to inspire all attendees of the most important digital and Orange Economy meeting in the country.
