The new lightweight and compact Mk2 bar camera features Intel RealSense technology that integrates with the new Ncam Reality software that runs on HP-branded workstations.

This new redesigned bar is smaller and lighter than its predecessor, meeting the requirements of the media and entertainment industry, to capture spatial data that is then fed back to the Ncam reality server.

In addition, the weight reduction of the Mk2 camera makes it easier to use in handheld equipment and stabilized equipment, while the compact size will allow for easier rigging, better balancing and more flexible mounting options.

All existing Ncam customers will have the ability to upgrade to the Mk2 camera bar, which is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2020.
