The new waterproof RJ45 coupler system is IP67 certified for the harsh environmental conditions commonly found in outdoor and indoor installations that require protection from exposure to water, dust, corrosion, rough elements and vibration.
This system can be installed in difficult environments such as wireless towers, security systems, outdoor entertainment venues, industrial manufacturing, LED lighting, emergency communications, marinas, among others.
The features and technical specifications of the new system include shock and vibration resistance, it is compatible with RJ45 (8P8C) connectors for Cat5e and Cat6 UTP and STP applications. Its screw coupling system ensures a secure connection and resists temperatures between -20°C to 80°C.
The contact material of the RJ45 coupler is plated in 50 μ gold on copper alloy and its life cycle reaches 1,000 inserts.
