Latin America. Until March 17, the vote of the Avid Customer Association, ACA, will be open, which prioritizes the direction that Avid will take in the production of solutions for the different markets. The results will be announced during the Connect 2019 conference.
This conference is attended by influencers and users of media and entertainment technology, and will take place just before the start of the NAB Show 2019. By casting their vote, users will receive a free ACA membership and a discount on the Connect 2019 conference registration price.
In the previous ACA Vote, more than 3,500 organizations, in 117 countries, comprised of film, music and television professionals, identified the most important investment priorities for the media and entertainment industry, and technology trends comprising multi-platform content delivery, remote production, and 4K/UHD high-resolution production.
Additionally, and as a direct response to the contribution of voters, Avid has made improvements to its products and has developed new solutions for the creation, management, distribution and delivery of content.
