The PAM2 IP is a device capable of monitoring uncompressed video and audio for SMPTE 2022-6 and SMPTE 2110 networks, regardless of input format, and offering features such as loudness measurement, configurable precise metering, and default multichannel monitoring with optional Dolby decoding.
This equipment has the same set of functions and operation as PAM2 MK2, and now supports IP infrastructures while maintaining 3G / HD / SD-SDI, AES and analog audio connections.
It features two 10Gig/E SFP ports and 1 Gig/E primary and secondary ports for use in Dante/AES67 networks, supports IGMP v3 for multicast "join/exit" requests, programmable presets, and supports Audinate's Dante controller.
