Argentina. The National Communications Agency, Enacom, opened a public tender for the award of licenses for the operation and operation of sound broadcasting stations by frequency modulation.
The call is intended to:
I) The owners of the stations that have a Precarious and Provisional Permit in force, with registration in the registry created by Decree No. 1357/89 (with Re-registration Resolution No. 341-COMFER/93 and Survey Resolution No. 2-AFSCA/09) operational, except those who were in the standardization process.
II) The owners of stations recognized according to Resolution No. 753-COMFER/06 (with Survey Resolution No. 2-AFSCA/09) operational, except those that are in the process of standardization.
III) Holders of permitted and recognized stations that are processing the award of the license and choose to regularize under the competitive examination regime.
IV) Holders of permitted and recognized stations without a valid title who have filed an administrative appeal in process and choose to regularize under the competitive examination regime.
Enacom clarified that those that have been formulated for the cities of Salta will not be considered a pending normalization procedure; San Miguel De Tucuman; Mendoza; San Juan, Córdoba, Santa Fe, Rosario, Mar Del Plata and their respective areas of influence; and AMBA –CABA, Zones I, II, and III (60 Km. computed from the generic coordinate) so that the holders of permitted and recognized services in these areas must present themselves without exception to this call.
