Brazil. After Rafael Castillo's arrival as vice president for Latin America of TVU, the company began a reorganization plan of its strategy to grow in the market, which includes its distribution network and a strengthened team to serve the region.
"During these months I have focused on reorganizing the distribution network, appointing distributors in countries where they did not exist and changing some in countries where they did not have the expected performance. At the same time we have created a regional team that has not finished. 3 professionals have joined."
The next step in this STRATEGY of TVU, will be to carry out a training for all its distributors in order to have everyone in the same line and then they will go on to create regional service centers to provide better support to customers.
Rafael Castillo added that "we are in a process of innovation, we are more advanced than other companies that offer this type of solutions. Our focus is to help produce more content at a lower cost, making it easier to operate remotely and produce."
