Colombia. On October 19, the National Television Authority, ANTV, began the bidding process for the concession of television spaces of the national channel of public operation, with the publication of the opening act, the final specifications and the response to the observations sent by the interested parties, during the pre-specification stage.
After receiving more than 19 observations and 300 questions, and under a dedicated and objective review, the National Television Authority decided to modify, among other key aspects of the tender, the value of the credit quota and the percentages of additional national production in the search to be even more competitive, all aimed at eliminating access barriers and obtaining greater participation.
In this way, this continues with the proposed schedule for the bidding process, as follows:
Monday, October 24 - Hearing for clarification of specifications and allocation of risks.
Tuesday, November 8 – Reception of proposals until the afternoon hours.
Wednesday, November 30 – Award.
