Colombia. TecnoTelevisión continues to consolidate itself as the meeting point for all professionals looking to train and learn about the latest technology for the radio and television industries.
In its 2014 version, the congress will have three complementary conference rooms that will offer academic talks focused on television production and post-production; pay and subscription TELEVISION; and, as a novelty this year, broadcasting.
Among the conferences included in the program is the talk "Latest developments in studio cameras", in which Tor Rolf Johansen, from the company Blackmagic Design, will talk about the versatility and design that characterize the new studio cameras, which facilitate live broadcasts, either from outdoors or studio, thanks to its size and accessories.
Likewise, the process of adopting digital TV in Colombia will be discussed, with the help of Alexandra Falla, representative of the ANTV, who will explain how Colombia is moving towards the goal of the analog blackout in 2019.
Live transmission over IP, 3G and 4G networks, Using UPT 5E, 6 and 6A cables for audio and video applications, 4K and its implementation in Latin America, TV aimed at mobile devices, Microphones for radio, Models of virtual stations, will be some of the topics that will complement the academic offer of the event.
Richard Santa, academic coordinator of the event, stressed that "offering access to training days that reflect the evolution that the industry is currently experiencing, is the main responsibility of TecnoTelevisión."
In addition to the above, the event will also have a complete commercial exhibition that offers as an added value for attendees the possibility of having direct access to the new equipment and technologies available in the market.
