Aware of the process of transformation of the television industry that Colombia is experiencing and that professionals in the region should know, the fourth version of TecnoTelevisión will take some of the most important aspects that are discussed around this topic and will address them in its Inaugural Panel.
One of the speakers will be the director of the National Television Commission, CNTV, Jaime Andrés Estrada, commissioner representing the Government with great experience and knowledge of the industry.
Jaime Andrés Estrada, who was recently appointed to the position, is an engineer graduated from the Universidad de los Andes, with a master's degree in civil engineering from the same university, he also has a master's degree in economics and business from the University of Essex and a master's degree in regulation from the London School of Economics.
He was a member of the board of directors of the Communications Regulation Commission, CRC, director of Sector Development and manager of the Compartel program at the Ministry of Communications; in his most recent role he served as Public Policy Manager at Intel.
The director of the CNTV will be accompanied by Germán Rey, renowned academic, journalist and television critic, who today serves as director of the Attic Center of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
The TecnoTelevisión Inaugural Panel will be held at 11 a.m. on the first day of the Congress, which will be held on August 31 and September 1 at the Crowne Plaza Tequendama hotel in Bogotá, Colombia.
