The 2018 version of NAB Show is special for the company AJA. In addition to introducing 9 new products and/or updates for IP, 4K and HDR, it is celebrating 25 years in the industry. One of the new products presented by Nick Rashby, CEO of AJA, is FiDO, a family of SDI/fiber optic extenders that enables the transport of 12G/3G/HD/SD-SDI over distances of up to 10km when using a standard single-mode fiber optic cable with single-mode models. Choose the LC, ST or SC connectors, depending on the converter model. CWDM SFP options are available for FiDO-2T-X and FiDO-4T-X models. FiDO converters meet all relevant SMPTE specifications and are robust, versatile and suitable for a variety of applications. FiDO converters use a compact, low-profile housing that works well in tight spaces around and behind racks of equipment, trucks, and cameras. - Publicidad - Another product that stands out is the color analyzer for HDR.
