16x9 Inc. Introduces Converter Coco-DVL power, a compact and cost-effective method for operate camera and 12V accessories such as lights, monitor LCD or audio receivers from Sony series batteries NPF970.
In partnership with the new Lux-DV camera light, Coco-DVL provides an elegant solution of power and lighting for the most popular camcorders Sony, such as HVR-Z1U, HDR-FX1, VX-1000/2000 series, and DSR PD150/170. Coco-DVL is simply inserted into the intended site for the camera's 7.2 V NPF battery, which connects to the convenient plate of the converter.
This very useful unit transfers 7.2 V and Info-Lithium data from the battery directly to the camera, while converting from 7.2 V to 12 V for accessories. The operating time of a camcorder (in mode recording) and with a 10 W lux lamp, it is approximately 135 minutes. The ingenious design of Coco-DVL anchors the Sony battery at a 90-degree angle, which frees space for the converter connectors.
