Founded in 1976 by Vincent Jachetta, an Italian immigrant and NBC engineer, MultiDyne's story began with a revolutionary product developed in the family basement: the TS-1, the broadcasting industry's first portable test signal generator. Not only did this invention fuel the company's launch, but it also earned MultiDyne its first Emmy Award and established a philosophy that endures to this day: identifying real-world challenges and designing accurate solutions. Since then, MultiDyne has evolved from a small, family-owned business to a globally recognized provider of fiber optic transportation, signal processing, and live production solutions. Throughout its history, the company has achieved significant milestones, including two Emmy Awards for technology innovation, strategic acquisitions, and remarkable international growth with the opening of its European office in 2023.
