While for rental companies that have multiple manual units, the Hi-5 SX offers an economical way to sell older three-axis units that are often shipped for single-axis tasks and replace them with new, state-of-the-art units. -State-of-the-art units.

With a rugged, sealed, dustproof, and weatherproof housing, the Hi-5 SX can operate reliably in harsh environmental conditions. ARRI-branded batteries based on the NP-L interface can be hot-swapped without shutting down the unit, and their remaining capacity is accurately indicated on the display.

The new Hi-5 SX will begin shipping on October 1, 2024. It replaces the ARRI SXU-1 single-axis manual unit, which will be phased out.
