ASTRA V runs virtualized (as well as in the cloud) and on COTS hardware. Scale automation capability and the ability to trigger new workflows on demand.

The new ASTRA V platform, however, adds expanded capabilities, including an expansion of the already large set of existing timeline and real-time controllers to optimize master control and studio playback.
