Argentina. The National Communications Agency, ENACOM, opened the call for projects of the "Content Line – Children and Adolescents 2022 - Line INA/2022", which aims to promote the production of audiovisual and radio content that contributes to the promotion of the diversity of the rights of children and adolescents.
The projects submitted to the line must address the theme "Identity", in order to contribute to disseminate and promote the construction of the same and the subjectivity of children, children and adolescents, considering the diversity in its different dimensions (cultural, linguistic, origins, genders, abilities, social contexts and socioeconomic realities, etc.) and within the framework of their communities, its peoples, its spaces of symbolic and practical interaction, its historical events and its integral development.
Regarding this new line, the coordinator of the Advisory Council on Audiovisual Communication and Children (CONACAI), Dr. Dolores Espeja, said: "The realization of dedicated content is a debt to children and adolescents linked to the effective exercise of their communication rights. It is essential that these contents prioritize their voices and their points of view, that they have them as protagonists of these stories and are summoned and summoned to participate in the production of senses, as well as to attend to federalism and diversity in all its dimensions, both thematically and narratively, to contribute to the construction and visibility of their unique and collective identities".
The call is now open and closes on September 6, 2022. Projects may be submitted according to the following 4 formats:
- Radio spot.
- Audiovisual spot.
- Radio microprogram.
- Audiovisual microprogram.
The following may apply for the competition:
Non-profit private legal persons holding sound broadcasting services referred to in Law 26,522, with legal personality granted by the General Inspectorate of Justice or provincial directorates of corresponding legal persons, in the case of civil associations and foundations; or by the National Institute of Associativism and Social Economy (INAES) in the case of cooperatives and mutuals that, at the date of their presentation, have a license, permit, recognition in force in the terms of Resolution 753-COMFER/06, registered in the terms of Resolution 1102-AFSCA/15, or that are located in areas and border areas.
Non-profit private legal persons holding television broadcasting services provided for in Law 26,522 with legal personality granted by the General Inspectorate of Justice or provincial directorates of corresponding legal entities, in the case of civil associations and foundations; or by the INAES in the case of cooperatives and mutuals that, at the date of their presentation, have current authorization granted in the terms of Resolution 3-AFSCA/09, amending and / or concordant, or license of the digital open television service in the ISDB-T standard in force according to Resolution 39-AFSCA/15 in the modalities licensee and licensee operator.
Indigenous Peoples with national legal personality registered in the National Registry of Organizations of Indigenous Peoples (RENOPI) and Indigenous Communities with legal personality registered in the National Registry of Indigenous Communities (RENACI) and/or in the relevant provincial agencies, and who are holders of authorization corresponding to audiovisual media services contemplated in Law 26,522, or that are in force in the Public Registry of Signals and Producers created by article 58 of Law 26,522.
Non-profit private legal persons whose corporate purpose includes the communication, dissemination, cultural propagation and / or production of content, which have current registration in the Public Registry of Signals and Producers created by article 58 of Law 26,522.
Those entities that present themselves as producers must have the certificate of Registration of Producers in force, which is processed before the National Directorate of Audiovisual Services (DNSA) of ENACOM by clicking here.
For this certificate to be granted by DNSA and in force, they must take into account the time of analysis of said application and the processing of the corresponding payment, so it is suggested to do it in advance of the closing of the call (06/09/22), since if it is not in force it will imply giving up the project presented in this line.
The presenters must have the Fomeca Registry granted and updated at the time of the closing of the presentation or have the procedure initiated before the closing date of this call, and that said registration is granted prior to the Admissibility Report, established in article 19 of the General Regulations.
