Latin America. LiveU announced the acquisition of easylive.io as part of its strategy to expand its cloud video platform, enabling customers to grow their audience with original, interactive and quality live content.
The move will provide remote and collaborative tools for hybrid and cloud-based productions, allowing customers to operate and scale, while reducing budgets, quickly and easily from anywhere, including changing video, mixing audio, adding graphics, localizing content, and onboarding guests.
easylive.io provides a production studio and live streaming in the browser, allowing users to mix any type of content into live streaming videos and distribute them to the wider audience, creating innovative and interactive live experiences. All the tools needed to edit, mix, and stream live streams are combined in the easy-to-use all-in-one cloud solution, reducing production and equipment costs. It ensures the reception of all types of formats and their conversions for optimal management and redistribution to multiple destinations.
