Ecuador. The Agency for regulation and control of Telecommunications, Arcotel, reminded natural and legal persons holding enabling titles of telecommunications and broadcasting services, that they have the obligation to submit accounting financial information.
The deadline for the submission of this information is May 30, 2022, in accordance with what is determined in Resolution ARCOTEL-2015-0936 of December 24, 2015.
The accounting financial information that must be presented is detailed below:
-Forms of Homologation of Income, Costs and Expenses by Type of Telecommunications and Broadcasting Service (Legal Persons) duly signed by Accountant and Legal Representative.
-Form of Income and Expenses, (Natural Persons), corresponding to its enabling title one for each service, duly signed.
-Forms of Declarations of the Value Added Tax VAT original and (substitutes in the case of having made), of the whole year 2021.
-Form of Declaration of the Income Tax original and (substitutes in the case of having made) year 2021.
