Latin America. JVC updated its program and now offers a two-year warranty extension for parts to the one-year original manufacturer's warranty (parts and labor) at no additional charge on key models when the end user registers the purchase with JVC within 30 days.

On lens packages, the extended warranty only applies to the camcorder body and the included EVF.

Studio components must be an integral part of a complete studio system with the corresponding camcorder included in order for the extended warranty on the components to apply.
This is a benefit that JVC provides free of charge when the customer purchases from an authorized distributor in the U.S. (or directly through a streaming sales representative).
The purchase must be registered within 30 days to validate the extended warranty. Click on the "Product Registration" link at the top of any page of the professional website, or go directly to http://pro.jvc.com/register
As proof of registration, the customer must print the confirmation screen showing the confirmation number, model, serial number and date of purchase. A copy of the confirmation screen will be required along with proof of purchase (dealer invoice) in the unlikely event that warranty service is required.
