Costa Rica. "Costa Rica has become a country dedicated to innovation based on LiveU technology, its recent examples demonstrate the flexibility of our ecosystem to adapt to the needs of each particular client," said José Luis Reyes, VP LiveU Latin America, before the varied range of verticals that are activated in the country.
The most recent case has been that of La Ponderosa Aventura Park, a theme park located 4 hours north of San José de Costa Rica where its owner, David Patey, offers its visitors to live the experience of a Safari in the best African style.
"In La Ponderosa they are using LU600 units, Server LU2000 Quad, Data bridge, IFB Audio Connect, Cloud Server and all liveU support to stream on social networks about the lives of the safari animals. The client had tried unsuccessfully to transmit using Mifi, modems and a long etcetera of equipment that did not work, so the LiveU technology solved their needs and now even the farthest area of the safari has internet thanks to the Databridge " said Tomotane Hara, LiveU partner in Costa Rica.
In other verticals Costa Rica now has LiveU to transmit the news of the agricultural sector through TV Norte Canal 14 of Coopelesca. TVN14 is a regional channel in the north of Costa Rica and is the first Cooperative that takes the initiative to take this step with a technological resource of live transmission with LiveU technology.
For José Luis Reyes, "Costa Rica is a clear example of innovation in live broadcasting, the large rural, tourist and extreme sports areas are a challenge for television stations and for new businesses that want to show their benefits to the live and direct world, in LiveU we provide advice and technical support so that each project exceeds expectations, with the best video quality ratio and world-class service plans," concluded the executive.
