Colombia. In October and November, the eleventh edition of Colombia 4.0 of the Ministry of ICT arrives in the capital of the Atlantic and Ocaña (Norte de Santander), to connect and inspire Colombians with the best exponents of the digital creative industries.
Colombia 4.0 is the meeting that brings together thousands of participants focused on the Digital Creative Industries and IT, in order to leverage both sectors, create networks, participate in conferences, workshops and exchange experiences related to video games, mobile application development, software development, among others.
In 2021, with the motto #MásDigitalesQueNunca, the annual event will promote a rich academic agenda with the participation of renowned national and international exhibitors, who through conferences, talks and panels will present the latest trends and outstanding experiences of the digital creative industry.
In Barranquilla, where the CIO SUMMIT will also be held with the theme smart cities, the format will be virtual and face-to-face with 9 tracks or thematic lines on animation, video games, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, industries 4.0, among others, while in Ocaña there will be 3 on animation, video games and entrepreneurship. Workshops will be held in both cities.
The Puerta de Oro event center in Barranquilla will open its doors on October 5, 6 and 7, while the Francisco de Paula Santander University in Ocaña will host Colombia 4.0 on November 10 in a face-to-face format.
In the 2021 edition of Colombia 4.0, the Ministry of ICT aims to impact 430 thousand people with the socialization of circulation techniques, activation, recognition and dissemination of the latest trends in the sector, in addition to generating business, learning and knowledge, to strengthen the appropriation of technology in the regions and help prepare the country for the digital future.
