NAB. During the cocktail for Latinos held by TVyVideo magazine in partnership with NAB Show, the occasion was used to recognize Cricon for having brought more VIP guests to the 2014 version of TecnoTelevisión.
Óscar Flórez, vice president of the Fort Lauderdale-based company, told TVyVideo that they welcomed this recognition. "It was the result of professional work to attract VIP guests to the fair and the response to our work with customers in the region, having a close relationship with staff at all levels, technical, engineers and administrative and managerial."
Having a close relationship with customers has been one of the company's main strategies to stay in Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Panama, its most important markets in integration for broadcast.
That same close relationship they have had with the manufacturing companies they represent. Óscar Flórez explained that Cricon's main focus is integration and each of the companies they represent were chosen with the aim of fulfilling customers, guaranteeing support and quality.
On the expectations for 2015, he commented that they expect to continue growing in operations as they have done in the last two years. To achieve this, they will continue to base their strategy on targeting customer needs and offering solutions for those needs.
With these two foci and maintaining good relations, they hope to continue in their established markets and grow in other countries where they have a presence, such as Central America and the Caribbean, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Bolivía.
