Colombia. In response to the applications submitted by some students and universities interested in participating in the second version of the TecnoTelvisión University Contest, the deadline for submitting papers is extended by one week, that is, until Friday, September 26.
TecnoTelevisión seeks from the Contest university filmmakers who show and give testimony from their achievements, of people who in their regions and communities provide unprecedented solutions based on technology, to great problems and respond to the needs of people and society.
The productions will have as protagonists ordinary human beings who are invisible but who from their actions and their daily struggle impact their environment with technological innovations that change lifestyles and promote the quality of life.
The Contest understands technological innovation as one of the ways to grow, progress, develop that allows a certain population quality of life that is more than well-being and progress for the society we inhabit.
The works must be delivered in a properly marked sealed envelope, three copies on DVD, with internal clapper and duly marked externally. They must be accompanied by the technical sheet, available for download on the Contest website.
The place of receipt of the audiovisual pieces is in the offices of Latin Press Inc., branch of Colombia, publishing house organizer of TecnoTelevisión, located in Carrera 71 # 31 – 83, Belén Rosales, Medellín.
The creators of the winning audiovisual piece will receive:
Recognition plate.
Article in the magazine TV Y VIDEO highlighting the profile of the winners and the work.
Professional video camera AG – AC160 from Panasonic.
