Colombia. Recognizing the great opportunity that the TecnoTelevisión University Award means for future professionals in our industry, the Panasonic company will be in charge of awarding this year the best work with a professional video camera AG – AC160.
On the motivations to support the second version of the Contest, René Araúz explained that Panasonic has as a principle to contribute to society, seeking to provide an additional benefit to the one they already contribute with their developments in technology.
"This time we want to support education, contributing something meaningful for the students of Colombia."
The AG – AC160, a prize that the winner of the TecnoTelevisión University Competition will receive in 2014, is a Full HD camcorder with three manual rings. It is equipped with an optical image stabilizer, DSR, high power zoom,
high-sensitivity sensor, slow motion in high quality Full HD, multi-format mode, slow and fast motion recording, LPCM recording for high-quality sound and an 11.43 mm silicone liquid crystal LCOS panel.
René Araúz stressed that the AG – AC160 "is a high-ranking camera of the AVC line. It contains all the applications and benefits that a camera must have, such as operability and easy handling, so that students can strengthen their learning process."
The TecnoTelevisión University Competition has the support of the Pontifical Bolivarian University. The award ceremony will be held on the sixth of November, during the first day of the fair in Hall Four of the Corferias Convention Center, in Bogotá.
