Colombia. With the presence of important distributors of the colombian broadcast industry, the Concurso Universitario that will be held within the framework of TecnoTelevisión 2013 was presented, receiving the support and acceptance of the participants.
At the meeting on February 15 in Bogotá, Colombia, representatives of the companies Seel, La Curacao de Colombia, Multistream, Internacional de Cámaras y Lentes ICL, and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, one of the institutions that supported the structuring of the Contest, were present.
Precisely, César Vélez, representative of the Javeriana, highlighted the discussions during the elaboration of the project, as well as the importance of this process in the training of future professionals for the industry that through a Contest of this type can be supported.
The TecnoTelevisión University Contest 2013 invites students of careers related to audiovisual production in Colombia to create a video of maximum 5 minutes, of free gender and format, on a particular topic: How everyday technology affects society.
May 24 is the maximum deadline for the delivery of works that wish to be submitted to the Contest, organized with the Attic Center of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellín.
