Panasonic's new home theater system (SC-BT100) incorporates Blu-ray, SD memory card slot and IPod dock. It is a home theater system with 3.1 channels expandable to 7.1 by means of gyrel speakers. Among the benefits is that it is compatible with IPod and integrates an advanced dock that not only recharges the Ipod, but also plays music or video through the Home Theater system.
The SD memory card slot allows you to play digital images or video in standard format or high-definition AVCHD. The optical input allows you to connect digital audio equipment, the digital video recorder and a video game system.
In addition, the Blu-ray player incorporates the "Final Standard Profile" for advanced features such as Picture-in-Picture and Audio Mixing, which allows you to switch the sound between the main and secondary images.
